What to do when you’re in a beautiful country and forbidden to travel?  PLAN where you’ll travel when the restrictions are lifted!

Caprese salad (mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, basil, olive oil, oregano, pinch of salt and green olives) and Chef’s pasta (fettuccine pasta, cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, and parmigiana cheese). I think I’m going to enjoy the food in Italy!
